Wooo. Finished Nightmare Moon's pic!
companion piece to The Burning Light
...don't worry, despite the title, theres not actually any blood. I just liked how it sounded... XD
was going to make the background a sunset, but this worked out much better. (besides, it pretty much was an eclipse when Nightmare covered the sun with the moon when she first appeared 1000 years ago)
so yeah, this is a redesigned Nightmare Moon, and I think she looks alot better than the one I used here
Unlike DayBreaker, Nightmare Moon looks more like the original, primal Alicorns of ancient equestria. Daybreaker might have the slit eyes, curved horn, and draconic-looking wings, but Nightmare has the feathers and tail of the primal ones. (I was going to make both eaqually primal, but darn it, DayBreaker just looked weird when I tried....)
I don't really know what I'm going to go and draw next... but I'll figure it out later... XD although admitedly, I do have a pic I drew on paper a while ago, but never did digitally, so that might be my next submission...
