1) She looks so young here! I've never got to see her in this style, but I really like it. The white backdrop is an excellent way of drawing attention to her hair as it flows outwards as well. (I love the way you shaded her hair, actually, especially with the suggestions of light.)
2) The white backdrop also goes really well with the quote in the lower right hand corner. (Which is perfect for Fanny because she is such a sweet, in some ways innocent woman.)
