looks great! I just can't tell what the cylindrical object is in front of the trigger guard

i imagined it as a fixed flashlight. i know that a rail-mounted flashlight would be more practical, seing as how you could simply swap it out if needed. but i was just playing around at first, and i liked the idea of integrating it with the frame. my biggest concern is that if you look closely it's actually impossible to create a real life version without violating physics, resulting in a M.C. Escher-like conundrum. the width of the flashlight body makes it impossible for the trigger guard(which is about a third of an inch wide) to stretch that far down the side of the flashlight body without curving. look at the top of the front portion of the trigger guard. if you drag your eyes slightly to the left to where the flashlight body meets the frame, that portion is like an extension of the trigger guard. if it is the same width as it is around the trigger than it shouldn't go that far down the side.

sigh. maybe i'll fix it later.
