I've always loved this angle for some reason. The personification of the power of women, or, perhaps, as your title suggests, the importance of women to humanity. Even that seems a bit shallow. I'll just stop and say this is a good pic. ^_^

I really like this for a personal reason.
Perhaps the most beautiful woman I know is taller than myself, and although I don't think of her as "towering" over me, as she's only two inches taller, the concept of beauty that is above me made me think of her. And since I was taught that art which effects a person is the best art...I thought I would let you know that yours effected me. Good work!

I find this photo eerily beautiful. The way the shadows and light play off the body give the photo a more tangible vibe that most staged model shots just donβt have. This is a beautiful photo not just because you are a beautiful woman but because you put so much care into it.
