I like how the stripes work with the criss-cross pattern on the cart. The pose is quite nice as well.

This looks great, Joy! The pattern of the shopping cart, not to mention the color, plays off the skirt well! This image creates a backstory, as if you are a time traveler from an earlier period (1920s?) who has come forward to our time, and is confronted with this very mundane object from our time, which seems exotic and strange through the eyes of someone new to it.
Re-reading that, yes, it is strange, but your pictures really are worth a thousand words, in the sense that they generate plots!
