Nice. Though I would have had the smaller woman leaning on the counter for support. The counter is the perfect height to correspond with the top of the fridge. It backs her off a little so she doesn't have to crane her neck as much, and it is rather dizzying to look so high up for any length of time (hence leaning for support). Finally, she would be copying the body language of her friend which is a natural thing to do in conversation.
