How to sculpt teeth ^ if you'd like a future reference 
Also, to refine sculptures, fine sandpaper or an emery board will get rid of uneven spots to make an overall smoother end product if you rub gently in small circles.
You have great talent for proportions, keep practicing. Thought I would offer some of my tools so one day maybe you're on the front page
