Lord Blumiere, the embodiment of grief and lament in the Mario franchise. The tale of a man driven to insanity by the loss of meaning in his life, who now wishes to bring universal despair into the lives of everyone, before they all meet annihilation.

Even to this day, Count Bleck is considered one of the best characters in the series, and so, i simply had to make a drawing of him.
