Sure. Your base is in JPG format, what makes the base all blurry and hard to doll over. So I edited it until it was "usable" again. To see the comparation, try painting in Paint the background of both pictures.

I wonder how long ago you tried getting it because I only just recently (about 2-3 weeks ago) changed it to PNG from BMP (which apparently downloads as a JPG sometimes...). Thank you for pointing this out to me.

I believe I had that base saved in my hard drive for a long time, and lately I've been searching JPG bases to convert and found it. No problem, and sorry for the mistake. x)
