You know how at the beginning you used to choose digital art? Well now there's a category for anime, and that splits off into digital, and that's where you'll find oekaki. Cuz they discriminate like that.

It's still there, they just move it. Now you have to choose manga/anime, then digital and you'll find oekaki.
