That's colored pencil?! No stanking way! What brand of pencils and paper do you use?
Anyway, he reminds me a bit of Walter from Hellsing. Same vest, tie and shirt. I love his eyes and hair, they look so cool. Also, excellent shading.

way interesting coloring and character design not your average anime art it has it's own style which I like nice job

This is a really interesting and fun to look at piece, due to three things that stick in my mind
1. You have a very unique style of drawing anime (i'm not even sure if this could be considered anime because its so different from most anime), you elongate and exaggerate certain features.
2. The pose and expression and clothing or pretty original
3. The aspects that you add to the background, like the gray swirlies around the guy and the arrow designs in the background add to the uniqueness of this piece.
Congrats. I don't normally have that much to say about a cartoon piece.

Great job with colored pencils. The bg looks great and I like how you placed his shadow on the back canvas. His clothing design looks pretty good too. My only suggestion is to anchor his nose a bit further up so that it curves down a little more gradually. Thats all, great job on this one!
