okay that title is really creepy... O_Obased on Chapter 10 of Zapped where the story takes a huge turn to the angsty side >;D

i had some trouble with this piece because i couldn't get the composition just right but now i'm pretty satesfied with the result. i'm especially proud of the shoe on the right XD gotta love that shoe
and yes i know i forgot to draw the gear... i suck
also while drawing this i was kinda wondering what the heck i was thinking when designing donnie's clothes O_O i gave him running tights and then shorts over them! what XD ...oh well at least it looks pretty cool i guess XP

Aaaaaah! Ziva, how do you manage to do this to me every time? ? Whenever you make an illustration for my story I think there is no possible way you could top it. . . And then you make another one and it's even better! ! Seriously, this is perfect in so many ways!
Donnie's expression - OMG! You managed to convey his fear and hopelessness while at the same time showing his determination not to let his fear show. I don't know how you did that!
And the Kraang! The way you did them as menacing silhouettes in the background with just their eyes glowing makes them look way creepier than if you had shown their faces. Well done! You've got me grinning with glee again!
(P.S. Sorry about the misspelling of your name. I do know how to pronounce Slovenian letters and I know Z is totally the wrong sound, but I'm writing this on my mobile phone and it can't do special characters like that.)

ahaha i put extra time into the drawing just for you XD and drawing illustrations is really good practice for expressions and in this case composition as well. i'm glad you like it this much because it took me quite a while to get it right.

You did such a great job! Seriously, it's "bad" enough to read (or write) about what happened to Donnie in this scene, but when I can actually see his face it makes me realize how mean I was too him. And I mean that in the most positive I-love-angst-and-I-adore-this-picture sort of way! ;D Poor Donnie!

Yeah. . . I have a thing for tears. It makes the emotions more real for me. And the broken ankle. . . it was more dramatic if he couldn't run away.

It's ridiculous how my favorite line in the second movie is playing at the same time I get a notification for angsty Donnie art. It's the weirdest sense of being torn in two because I'm looking at something frightening (because Donnie's in danger) and hearing something amusing (because Donnie and his brothers are being goofs).
