That person off of Jet Set Radio (dreamcast version). Can't remember the name of the character. I kind of feel like playing it now...again...yeah I don't know how the wheels are conencted either.

An excellent presentation of your style of artwork as well as the potentials and creativity you hold in your pencil work. The simple use of line art shading to present her is phenomenal, given the design a grand feeling of energetic life-like movement.
