Aw, what a sweetie! Look at all of that fluffy baby fur. Do you know if they are going to be keeping him, or if he's going to be moved to another park?

I love his round head
He was born in the park, but since they already have several tigers I'm guessing he'll be moved - but I'm not sure I'm just guessing.
btw, thanks for the !

I have a photo opp scheduled for next week there, so I was hoping he might still be there.... but, if not, I'm still looking forward to meeting Geronimo the cougar! I love that place. The people are great and the animals always seem so happy.
And I love your big cat photos. You capture a lot of wonderful shots, especially considering it can be really difficult to photograph there. It's always nice to see your photos pop up in my inbox.

OH, yeah for sure he'll still be there! I was talking about when he was fully-grown he might be moved to another park. You'll have to let me know which animals you end up going with!
I love that place also, I wish I could go more often!
Thank you very much

I will certainly let you know!
Oh man, I would be there every weekend if I could afford to. My partner and I are fairly new to the area, so right now we're working on getting settled in... but when we are in a more stable living condition, I would like to be able to volunteer there regularly. This will be the second time I've done the photo opp there, and the first time was one of the best experiences I've ever had!

Which animals did you do the first time?
I would definitely volunteer there, but I live an hour away!

Two tiger cubs (Anushka and Zcarina), an adult wolf, and the ringtailed lemurs. It was wonderful, and I'm hoping to get different animals this time... well, except for the tigers perhaps. I'm a huge tiger fan, so I'm hoping Shere Khan will be there when I go.
Oh, yeah, I live in Toronto, so it's a bit of a drive to get there for me, too, and I share a car with my partner. So it's not really practical for me to go very often right now. I would have said it's almost too far to drive just to volunteer, until I met ~HeWhoWalksWithTigers .. he drives from Mississauga to volunteer there. That's some dedication!

Oh I know!
Anushka and Zcarina aren't so little anymore! I have yet to do a photo op with them, I hope I get the time sometime soon =\
But I have no doubts that Shere Khan will be there when you go

Aw, Shere Khan was indeed there when I went on Monday! Oh my, he was so cute and sweet. I've never heard a tiger chuff as many times as he did. He was so happy to see people. I met the trio of little ones, too: the lynx, cougar, and fox. It's so sweet the way they all get along together... and I must say that the lynx was the most laid back cat (wild or domestic) that I've ever met.
Wow, Anushka and Zcarina have gotten HUGE. I only got to pet them through the fence, sadly. I would have loved to have given one of them a hug.
I would be there every weekend if I could afford it and if the drive wasn't such a pain.

I still have to pull some of them off of my camera! I'll probably upload a few of the nicer ones to my stock account so that people can use them for drawing references and photo manips.

I still have a TON to upload from my photo op on August 5th!
