Jay can you link me to the Windows7 patch, if you still have it..? I'm happily using Stardock's DeskScapes, which can import video, but I'm curious how to find a free way to do this. DeskScapes is cheap but not free.

You need windows vista ultimate to use.
Right-click in file and choose "set as desktop background"
