Makes me think of one of those old games *just* before you get to the final boss and they usually give you one final pathway devoid of enemies just so you get a good look at the last monster in the distance/background before the decisive showdown cuts in.
The way you made the misty distance helps to "cool down" the drawing and the reflection distorted in the ice was a pretty nice effect to me! I can't stop imagining this being a game though and the ground being all slippery, complicating the already hard-fought battle.

I hope more people do that as well, I know its hard for people to take their time to look at something especially with all the content on social media right now, but I'll try to figure out how to make memorable images and make people more engaged.
