Description So I had my second session with Tim Jordan and Optic Nerve Tattoo Arts and this marks hour number 7, I will admit that having my sternum worked on for three and half hours definitely took it's toll on me, but it's turning out fantastic.

My original plan was just for black and grey with gold and red highlights but I have to say that the green skull is sick and full color definitely was the right way to go.

Last time I was in I was talking to him about an apprenticeship, probably not going to happen but I think he would be an amazing teacher and person to learn from. I've the itch to get more done, just lack the funds until after my hunting trip.

Thanks, I haven't been in for the last 6 months, between my dogs, my house, my health, I've just had so many bills but I get so jealous of everyone getting their cool work finished.

Thanks, I've been meaning to go back again but with hunting season approaching and remodeling the bathroom in my house I just haven't had the money, which just plain sucks.

I hear ya.. i have a decent sized piece on my left side of my ribcage.... then a lil' line piece on my right... both felt like i got punch in the ribs the next day.

or ran into a door (which i do often.. sadly)

Yeah and having the sternum worked for 3.5 hours in a row is pretty brutal, well worth it though. I'm hoping to get more done on my birthday next month.

Yeah mine on my chest took about 2 and a half hours, but I've had my spine worked for 8 hours solid, then had two 6 hour sessions, and an 8 hour session to finish it off, ouchie no pain no gain though man

That's awesome man, I'll be looking out for the finished product on here, is this the tattoo artists original design or did you bring it to him? Gorgeous piece. Glad you liked my new tatt, ty for the fav.

That is probably the coolest anchor I have ever seen. I brought the rough design to him and he really kind of just took it to the next level with the dimension he added to it.

It's too bad such great work costs so much money, I would get my sleeve done next...unfortunately I will run out of tax rebate money once this one is finished.
