If they can pull off having Weird Al on the show again (and considering how well done the episode was, I don't see why not), I could see two possibilities:
A. Cheese Sandwich, Pinkie Pie AND Discord teaming up to drive everypony else crazy!
B. A Hearts and Hooves Day episode where Cheese confesses his love for Pinkie and asks her to join him in touring Equestria, forcing Pinkie to choose between her current life in Ponyville or the prospects of touring Equestria with him as "the perfect party couple".
