Tumblr answer. c:I do think Turbo would enjoy Christmas, he seemed like a fun-loving character. Despite his evilness, and his short temper, I think he was pretty cheery.
As long as he had his popularity he was a happy camper. Enjoy!

Exactly! King Candy was a cheery, perky, happy and relatively laid back guy when he wasn't racing, at the top of his game, the world his chocolate oyster with a penchant for making terrible jokes, puns, one liners and laughing as a defense mechanism. Heck, he even had to stop and admire a really bad physical pun when Ralph whacked him with the oversized glasses. You don't go from super cranky and moody to super happy that fast and have it be that natural and believable, especially since he was still acting like that when he was alone.

He is, he really is. Well, I suppose we're lucky we have fanfiction, fanart, headcanon, and constant streams from tumblr to keep us occupied until we actually get more out of the production staff at Disney at con panels.
Actually, turbo-tastic is kind of a play on words in itself, so perhaps that wasn't the only word he manipulated for his own amusement.

Yeah, if that were the case, I think being tormented with puns all the time would be more than enough motivation for the twins to fulfill their programming of trying to push Turbo into the side of the wall during a race.

I do too! I personally don't know why more people don't portray him as a pun wielding silly goose. I mean, they're completely within their rights to portray him as they choose, but I think it's much more fun to have him be a serious goof.

That's exactly what I think! I've seen most everyone portray him as a grump, and a stick in the mud, but I think he was actually quite the opposite. Although, I do think he had a short temper when it came to things he was serious about.

Mm, Turbo does seem to be quite mercurial in nature, especially when he finds himself in a serious situation. Though, I suppose that's what made both him and King Candy so much fun, all of their complex layers and hidden depths. I'm so happy Disney managed to create a villain that is so versatile and intricate for the fans of antagonists to rally behind.

Yeah, it's been ages since I've actually found myself this intrigued and enthralled by a disney villain and even before then, I don't think I liked them as much as Turbo.

That's exactly how I feel, I've never seen the same movie more than once in the theaters, so loving a movie this much is a first for me.

Yeah, I can completely relate. I've only seen a handful of movies twice in the theater, and this is the first animated disney movie that has already gained my patronage twice and yet I still want to go back for a third time. This is quite a rarity in that regard.
