This is so old, but I decided to post this anyway since I had lost the inspiration to finish it and accidentally saved all the layers together.
But the idea was supposed to be that Turbo upset Teddy pretty badly, and felt bad about it, so due to his pride and all that, he apologizes to Teddy in sign language.
AGAIN, this is old, which is why it sucks so badly. X'D
But I suppose this is a good example of the process I go through in how I do lineart and color and stuff. c:
