EDIT; Finished! I just need to give the twins something to sit on, because they can't be sitting on air.
The very lovely requested a drawing of Ted and Teddy using sign language, and Turbo looking on with a weird face.
I spent hours looking at sign language websites looking for something they could say, but then I was reminded of Nighty's fic about the twins' signing "I love you" before every race, so that's what I stuck with.
I hardly ever draw Ted and Teddy because their helmets are so darn hard, so i'll start practicing them a lot.
But, I hope this looks alright and before I color it if there's anything you want changed i'll fix it for you Nighty.

The Turbo Twins! What a treat! I've secretly been hoping you would include them with Turbo in another picture and I'm certainly not disappointed. They're just too adorable for words and their poses are quite realistic as well. The instant I looked at this, I was reminded of 's ficlet that talked about their sign language, and Turbo watching off in the distance really tied it in together well, just like in the story. Are you planning on coloring this as well?

That's great to hear! I really enjoyed looking at the Twins when they weren't damaged by being unplugged. I also thought the way Turbo was off to the side watching was rather telling. From what I could see, he looks like a deep part of him wants to be included, but he isn't quite sure how to go about doing that while keeping his pride intact. It's very sweet.

I don't think that he isn't right per say, (he's very well drawn) but he's not being his usual cocky self and looks to be honestly uncomfortable, not because of the twins themselves, but because they obviously have a relationship much closer to each other than any relationship he possesses. Perhaps it's that closeness that seems foreign to him, the great racer who always wants to be set apart and recognized, and he can't quite comprehend just why and how they got to be that way. Or, perhaps he is curious as to why he doesn't have anyone he's that close to, though that is all his own doing for wanting to be the best. In his quest for being set apart and recognized for being different (and better in his eyes), all he's really done is alienate everyone else so he ends up alone.

You know, if the helmets are that much of a hassle, why don't you just draw them round like Turbo's? Their helmets are actually just like Turbo's if you go by the movie. I think a lot of people got the idea of them being square based on the picture of them from the novelization of the film.

I would! I know, their helmets are the same as Turbo's, but i'm so used to seeing them square i'd feel weird drawing them rounded.
