I finished! I wanted to finish earlier, but I had stuff to do. I really enjoy how this came out, and hopefully I can improve this version of The Joker in the future. c:Enjoy!

This is a very cool interpretation of the Joker. Obvious that it's based on The Animated Series, but has a sort of originality to it.
Plus, I'm jealous of his outfit. XD
