Description
I'm always one to go over-board on the detail, mainly because I never want to leave something unfinished, and also because somehow I always end up working on something that has a lot of detail to worry about; often because I give it to myself.

In this case, the picture for this was the best one I could find that expressed a unique emotion with character, and it just ended up giving me a lot of work to do because I was wearing that loud plaid shirt.

So every single band of color is a transparent shape that I hand drew with the pen-tool in Illustrator. It took me a total of 3 days to complete. I am very proud of it, and my entire class was impressed with the level of commitment and detail that I put into it. Which is often the case with my art-works.
