Actually that was pretty fascinating reading.

I lol'd at the 4chan info though...
On February 26, 2011, moderators on 4chan’s /b/ and /co/ boards started to sage pony threads and ban users who posted in them. The mods’ reasoning behind this was “endless pony threads with no actual content other than reaction images. Go start your own pony imageboard.”

Thanks for posting that link. I just wish the fad would end, really getting bored of seeing myspace "self-portraits" and now my-little-ponies on DA homepage. -.- Would love a filter for it.

Yes, the whole pony-war thing is cool to read about.

I can see how it might get a little frustrating if you weren't a fan. I'd say either look up some of the really high end art (stuff like ~milkydayy or *xXMioXx do) or follow some non-MLP artists (to up the average amount of non-MLP good stuff you see on DA) and try to wait it out.

Hang in there. People can only be totally obsessive for so long.
