I don't know what to say.
It's a cute drawing,even though I don't like "Anime" as much anymore. But I do have some suggestions.
Try adding things like birds,hot-air balloons,air planes to the sky. To give the image some "oomph".

ah I like feedback I don't like it especially when I work on hard on something and no says anything.
