Description I was lucky enough to find a pair of black boots that were already designed with the front higher than the back (at a used clothing store). I painted the front tan, then used lots of paper to wrap around the boot while I was wearing it and draw my patterns. I traced the patterns on to craft foam and cut out the pieces. After 2 coats of mod podge and 2 coats of paint, I hot glued the individual pieces onto the boots (layer by layer). After hot-gluing, I hand-sewed the edges of each piece for extra security. (Be sure to use a thimble, or you'll bleed!) Then I cut 6 belts down to size and painted them silver. I hot-glued the belt pieces together in the back of the boot and sewed a few stitches there too. It took 3 days total to complete this project, but it was very tedious. I wouldn't make them again.

Could you please post the patterns or tell where you got them? Thanks!

I didn't Use a pattern. I simply cut out shapes, wrapped them around the boots, and cut them down to size. You can see the shapes of the craft foam that I cut in the picture above. But since boots run in various sizes, it's hard to tell you what size to use for each piece.
