Here's Moxxiellie, the male result fusion of Moxxie and Millie from Helluva Boss, a spin-off to Hazbin Hotel.

Being demonic imps, they have a plethora of abilities, including fusion. Usually, fusions would look clean, but for them, it's very bloody. Together, their respective powers are doubled, including their skills, as well as gaining interesting powers like death's touch, fire control, and dual-wielding pitchforks.

As you can see, the duo ensured that when fused, he combines EVERY aspect of the couple. From their hair colors, horns, having two tails, and even combining their hoof-like toes into four-toed hooves. This goes to show how neither want the other to be overlooked in their fusion.

Another thing to note is that while he seems to be the kind who prefers to wear nothing more than his underwear and maybe pants, he does enjoy wearing clothes. In fact, the reason why he often wears only his underwear is because of comfort, since to him, four arms don't mix well with upper clothing. Also, it's to tell everyone that yes, he's a boy.

If you notice something, the upper arms, lower eyes, and the rest of the right side of the body except the hair belongs to Moxxie while the others belong to Millie.

Also, he CAN assume female and non-binary forms, but he prefers this form the most since it attracts the least people as far as he recalls. And given the only people he loves is himself (and by extension, his two halves), it makes sense that he would prefer no one being attracted to him.

As for his names in other forms:
Female: Milloxxie.
Non-binary: Moxlie
