I guess this is the Sonic Team responsibility to answer Ristarβs complain.All of the character belong to Sonic Team or should I say belong to Sega.

I really don't know, maybe at that time sega want to fully concentrate at sonic perhaps? One mascot is enough for sega, that is sonic. Maybe that the other reason too?

Well, other than that, it's because that Ristar was made by the near-end of the Genesis Era, so most fans ignored it while few still had interest in it. Trust me, it was a GREAT game. But since it hadn't sold well, Sega hasn't made another Ristar game due to fear of earning less...again. There are no current news about a sequel or remake as of now...But something is bound to happen.

No, I said Streets of Rage. It's a classic Sega beat-'em-up series where you play as one of a group of vigilantes who fight thugs and foil the plans of the Syndicate, a criminal organization led by the enigmatic crimelord Mr. X. I'm not really into racing games.

Never heard of it. I have played all three Streets of Rage games, and I technically beat them all(I beat SOR 3 on Easy, but I won't count it as beaten until I manage to beat it on normal mode. Damn those idiots that butchered its Americanization) I am also a fan of other games. My favorite Nintendo series are Mario, Kirby, and Legend of Zelda(though I've never played any Kirby or LOZ games) I also like Mega Man, Earthworm Jim, and Punch-Out!!

Wow for me it's really hard to beat street of rage.
Hmmm Mario Bross on nintendo, thank god i'm the lucky one who played that game. I played that game in the 1990. The consoles i've ever played was Nintendo (my friend have it), Sega Genesis (it's mine), SNES (my friend), PSX (mine), and PS2 (mine).

I have a PS2, a GameCube, a N64, a Wii, a PS3, an Xbox 360, a GBA, a DS, and a PSP. We used to have an NES, a SNES, and a Sega Genesis, but they got destroyed when we moved nine years ago.

I hate how there's only been a whopping ONE Ristar game in total, aside from the Game Gear version, which as far as I know, was only a retelling of the original. I'm really hoping that Sega/Sonic Team decides to revive the Ristar franchise some day, just as they have with NiGHTs.
