Final draft for Astro and Oliver in their Astro Boy DB designs. As you can see, Astro looks a little different than his original version. His hair is more real life, and his eyes have a light hinch of dark blue.In OliverΒ΄s case, he looks kind of like L in Death Note, but is brighter in his attitude.
If we are talking of possibilities of Voice Acting, I already have dead set in my mind for Astro.
His Japanese voice would be performed by Yuki Takiwa, best known for her interpretation of Flounder in the Kingdom Hearts series in Japanese. About the English voice, gives me her recommendation for Parker Goris, for his acting as Flounder in Kingdom Hearts 2, so that will be.

In this spin off, Oliver Tenma is the only son of Professor Tenma, who went missing after an accident in his research. Some say he died, others say he vanished because he went mad, the truth is still unknown.
Oliver used to be a little isolated from the rest of the world due to the shock of losing his father just a few weeks after being born, but he is slowly recovering into the world.
After the events involving AstroΒ΄s birth, Oliver becomes more concerned for making sure everything goes well for his new brother, guiding Astro through each new emotion he discovers within himself, and guide him through their meanings to put him in the right path.
His human nature makes in weaker than Astro, but he is able to put a descent fight thanks to his Dragon Force Battle Gear, a pair of Greaves and Gauntlets which boost his Physical skills, making him able of fighting alongside Astro.

Ah, okay, I see now. They're a brother team! That could count for many interesting adventures, to be sure. I know who Astro Boy is, as far as recognizing him goes, but all that you've told me about Oliver, does it come from the real story of Astro Boy, or merely from your fanfic?
