A lot of people know about sun conures, but not as many know about Jenday conures. Though they look similar, have similar personalities and noise levels, they are different species!
The biggest difference in appearance is that Jenday conures usually have more green on their back and thighs, where the Sun conure is usually more warm toned in those areas.

Sometimes these species are bred together on accident, or even on purpose, which will create a Sunday conure.
