Description
Oliver Queen
Survivor stuck on an island for 5 years turned vigilante, Oliver queen is the emerald archer known as Green Arrow. His tech company, Queen Industries (a competitor of Wayne Tech), supplies him with the technology for his armor, variety of arrow types, and other gear. His headquarters is located below his apartment in star city, his base of operations.
Armor
Lightweight Standard kevlar nomex impact resistant plating located on shoulders, chest, forearms and shins. Slash + waterproof mesh is located under the armored plating, armpits and on thighs offering maximum protection while not compromising mobility. Leather bindings support chest pieces, gauntlets and shins. Woven into mesh fabric is insulation against severe temperatures. Built into his belt piece is an emergency GPS locator as well as a single use EMP device that can shut off any machine in his immediate area.
Mask
As well as concealing his identity, this mask offers various visuals aids during combat or when tracking such as thermal imaging, binocular vision, x-ray and a HUD with facial recognition + a range finder. Additionally the thick eye pieces protect against low impacts and flashbangs. Maybe the visor can also tell which arrows are being used from quiver and alerts him when it’s empty? Not sure.
Gloves and Boots
Gloves have hardened knuckles for more powerful punches as well as textured grip on palm for better grip when holding his bow. On his forearm is a small monitor that offers GPS navigation, combat information, information relayed from his main computer, as well as functioning as a remote detonator. Boots have rubber padding on soles for quieter stepping, shock absorption and insulation against electricity.
Compound Bow and Quiver
A collapsible, light weight bow that is stowed next to his quiver. His quiver has the capacity to hold up to 40 arrows, and is easy to remove and refill.
Trick arrows
With his vast amount of financial and technological resources, Oli has a variety of arrows made for certain situations such as crows control, anti personnel, anti structure, stealth, tracking and certain target types. Arrows include
Armor piercing- titanium tipped lightweight arrow with plastic end
Grappling hook- titanium wire attached to plastic end with magnetic anchor on tip, used for ziplining or ascending
Flechette- anti personnel, shoots out mini barbs in all directions to clear out rooms or large crowds of people
Data arrow- wirelessly extracts information from nearby sources or upload viruses
Incendiary- upon impact releases flammable chemicals that instantly ignite
Micro missile- launches a dumbfire demo missile meant for flying targets
Gun jammer- clog weapon barrels
Flare- when shot upward, releases magnesium to create a brilliant bright light, used to illuminate areas or for survival
Stun/shock- non-lethal arrow that upon impact releases enough electricity to knock someone unconscious
Rubber- non-lethal arrow with rubber end for blunt impact
Multi-purpose explosive- micro high explosive with various setting such as impact, time delay, altitude, and remotely detonated
Gas- releases either tear gas or smoke in all directions
Bola- spring loaded release shoots out a bola, bola also can be remotely activated to shock
Tracking- gps beacon that pings location with sticky end
Flashbang- upon impact, powerful LED lights briefly releases blinding light in all directions
Net- spring loaded release shoots out reinforced net, net can be remotely activated to shock
Tranq- tip can be laced with any kind of substance (poison, antidotes, tranquilizers, etc.)
Anti riot- upon impact that releases expanding foam that can be used for crowd control, fire suppression, or as cushioning for high falls
Mini nuke- used as last option against metahumans, tip is literally a micro nuclear bomb
Kryptonite- used against our favorite krypton boy
Additional gear
Attached to his belt is a survival kit, first aid kit, a usb, a rebreather, an earpiece for secure communication, and a thermite torch for breaking into secure buildings. Additionally, in his headquarters he has magnetic demo charges that can be remotely detonated. Attached to his left leg is a combat knife. Attached to his shoulders are 3-D printed throwing knives that can also be used as daggers.
