Great looking project truck.
I'm guessing it's a 1940's Chevy pickup.

It has to be before '48, because that's when they changed to that style that went through '53...

Looks like an early '40s chevy. Appears to beΒ on a later model frame though.

From what I can identify, is a Chevrolet AK-Series from 1941-1942

it does have that Chevy look on side of hood.
