Sooo.... i designed another dude for the Hero Academia universe. Villain this time :IWhaddya think?
Quirk: Emotional contagion
Basically, he uncontrollably feel the emotions of people around him (mostly negative) and can retranslate them to other people.

Dark, and now that I think about it, anyone can have this ability in the real world. We need to spread more positive attitudes in this world. Rather like the one super heroine who can stop criminals just by telling jokes.
