I watched that film a long time ago at college, don't know the language, but man, they sound so depressing and sweet. They frigging die in the end, kind of a sad story, dude. Would have been better if this was the Nutcracker.

I remember this story. My cousin showed this film once in a reunion. He studied ballet in the Russia in the 70s.

Я как-то в детстве не смотрела этот мультфильм, а теперь он уже воспринимается мной очень странно. Там есть довольно долгие сцены, где персонажи вообще ничего не говорят, но в других они внезапно разговаривают. При этом, когда они разговаривают, то произносят стихи, не особенно важные для сюжета. Солдатик почему-то поет женским голосом, или мне показалось? Вроде бы, присутствуют экшен сцены и даже битва, но сняты они так, что на захватывающий дух экшен это не похоже. Кто такой главный злодей и откуда он внезапно возник, я не поняла. В мульте присутствует какая-то крыса, у которой даже роль со словами, как у ключевого персонажа, но нам ее показывают недолго и ничего важного она не делает. Зачем она там, если этот сюжет прекрасно работает и без нее? Видимо, этот мульт - странная адаптация какого-то литературного произведения. Возможно, в книжке все было понятнее.
