I was walking around our compound, hoping to spot some nice views. It's still a little cold in Shanghai but I found some bits of Spring.

Lovely colors, I barely can believe that you didn't edit the photo, it's incredible! Makes me want spring even more but here in Switzerland we still have snow and no blooming flowers can be seen. Do you per any chance know what type of bush (or tree) this is? I want something like this in my garden

We actually just had a hail storm... It's cold enough for the rain to freeze before it hits the ground. Oh well, maybe we get some spring in April!
Not a problem, I also never know what flower species I'm taking pictures of. We're photographers, not gardeners, so we don't need to know.

Yeah, haven't seen weather that bad for months now. Snow, rain or fog maybe but no hail. With every year our nature gets a bit more confusing and a bit less normal.
I would like to know what I take pictures of too but I don't have a green thumb at all. So I usually ask my mother, she knows stuff like that.

It is. At least we both aren't in danger of hurricanes or similar extreme phenomenons... If it wasn't so dark outside I would've made some hail storm pictures.

Yeah but it was too dark already. My camera still functions in the evening time but not at night.
Maybe it will hail again tomorrow... Who knows!
It's actually 3am here. I'm going through all my old pictures editing the ones I want to upload here.
And I have many many more on my laptop... That's what happens if you don't upload anything for half a year.

it should be about 8 in the morning now! good morning and good luck with editing. Yeah.. it takes a lot of time to sort out pictures. it's now 3pm here in shanghai. I also got some photos to upload but it just won't let me upload it! so frustrating.. Shanghai's internet it not fast enough...T_T
