Just finished this today. Anyways, it's a pixelated version of one of the ownest characters from the PS2 game Okage: Shadow King. Its the Former Circus Evil King (or Circus Ringmaster). Even though the character never actually does anything in the game...HE'S STILL FRIKKIN AWESOME!Related content
