A combination of some of these designs would be great like combining 4 and 6 would be great but if I would have to choose, I would go with 4

no 6's legs on no.4, and I think the hands can do a little exxagerating

first one reminds me too much of Sauron form LOTR
2nd and 4th are.. IMO too fat for a Lord.
3rd and 5th have kind of.. funny legs not so scary
and 7th.. looks tough but static like a golem.
but it's only my opinion i guess o.O
