This sketch is nice dude! A cute character that you have here and I hope you develop him even further in the future!

Although you have a very stylized piece of art here, I will have to say that his right eye is way too small. And looking through your gallery, which also have some cute characters, suffer the small anatomical problem. There is this notion in the art community that the eye gets smaller from the other eye due to perspective, but the perspective in a 3/4 head is generally not that strong to literally affect the sizes of the forms of the face. And ultimately, the eyeball is what it implies in the name, a ball.

A sphere can be looked at any angle and it will look the same. You can go into a mirror or your camera and notice how your most farthest eye isn't diminishing in size compared to the one closer to the camera. The only thing that changes is how your eyelids changes the shape of your eyeball as you turn away from the camera.

I like this character, and especially the way you've drawn his eyes!

There are, however, some things you could improve. First, the photo. Almost all computers and mobile phones have some sort of photo editor in them. Get the white paper really white, instead of the grey it is now! This will make the drawing look far more interesting.

To the drawing itself. I would recommend to look at reference photos to get everything right, especially his nose. I presume you're not aiming for total realism, but it will still give a good indication on how things look.

All in all, this is a really nice artwork - continue drawing!
