My notes: Woot this one took a while. Tried an oil paint style. but couldn't get the colors right and it became irritating. I then tried Cell shade. But it ended up looking to bland. Finally I once again turned all the layers of failed styles and added a texture layer. As fate would have it it worked once more.
Some overlays here little color dodge there. and then this.

oh yeah my first wallpaper, of this. so if you find this to be soo cool. here you go. Scoots or die Wallpaper
