Description
A beautiful tall tree stood there, on which hung the most magnificent pears. She climbed as nimbly as a squirrel into the branches, and the prince did not know where she had gone.~ Cinderella by the Grimm Brothers
I did not want to draw the tree because I thought it would be better to imagine the tree
im going to try to make this dress doll size

Wow beautiful! I love her long hair! I really like how this is from the original Grimm story too, I like how she keeps running away from the balls and hiding in weird places, like up the tree.

yeah i really liked the grimm story but one think i founf wreid was how her father cut the tree down. its almost like he hated the thought of her being at the ball.

Well her father didn't care for her very much, he let the stepmother and sisters abuse her. And also the prince was looking for her. (That is why I like the story better than the Disney movie, because in the story he actually goes out looking for her!)

true! but i thought that it was unfair at the end of the tale how ONLY the stepsisters got their eyes pecked out after all the stepmother was behind it and the father was not much better

True! But I think it is funny how in all the old stories the parents are the villains.

yeah but i guess that most children( especialy teens) find something wrong with there parents and get into fight (i'm no acception). als obecause the parent have the most control over the children so i guess that it makes more sence.

Yeah it does make sense! Especially if all the kids passed the old stories between each other, they would always make the parents the villains.

Pretty! I like the way you drew her hair curling, and her facial expression.
