The hair looks lovely; I like the different shades of yellow.
Will you paint a background for it?

I am not sure what you mean by it. Do you wish to do a separate drawing for the background and than just overlap it with this one? That might work, but then youβll have two unfinished drawings, can you not just continue this one?

Yes! Thatβs it! But how about some sky in the upper right? And some treetops in the lower right?

i am a bit afraid to paint around the end of the hair, so i am too scared to paint the tops of the trees and the sky

I understand that, I used to be afraid too, till I had this great epiphany: when you draw or paint, everything that doesnβt go as planned is an improvement.
I donβt want to nag you into painting the sky, it looks really pretty as it is, but even if you did it, I am sure you could handle it, at least that is my opinion after seeing the other paintings in your gallery.

Omg, I loved Tangled! My boyfriend and I saw it the other day and we loved it! She was so full of life and energy I was able to related to her.
I think She and Cinderella are the two Disney princesses I relate to the most.

Yeah, I think that was teh best version of Rapunzel ever.
The fact that they made her hair more valuable and made it to where there was a good reason the which would want to keep the child made more sense. In the story, there was no true motive for her to keep her locked away, but making her hair have healing and regenerative powers made more sense. And it made it more touching when it came time for Eugene to save her...that he almost sacrificed himself so she could be free. That right there is true love.
I think she quickly became my new favorite Disney princess.

yeah she is my favorite disney princess too, partly because she is rapunzel ahha
I liked it how they portrayed mother gothel as more as a mother figure and i kinda feel bad for caling her the antragonist of the film

Well, the only reason she cared about Rapunzel was because she was using ehr though. She never actually "loved" Rapunzel. I mean, it's entirely possible there might have been some love there, but not very likely. That's not love.
Gothel reminded me a lot of my " friend" Kitty who I...separated myself from, because she was the same way. SHe used me for my art and abilities and tried to convince me loved me, but she didn't.

ohh im sorry to yeah about kitty.
yeah i see your point, but still i kinda feel bad for her in the end, but i don't :S ... anyway when i was in the cinima, i found it strange how when mother gothel fell out of the tower a little kid began to cry hysterically, i guess that is a reason i felt bad for mother gothel

Probably because the kid misunderstood.

Then again, it was sad....losing your only mother figure that took care of you for so long.
I remember when I left my moms. Despite how she always put bad men in my life and never seemed to understand, i still cried when I left because she's still my mother, despite her faults.
A mother is a mother. The child probably thought " No, she lost her mommy!"
The child might have been sad also about Eugene dying too.

ohhhh, im sorry to hear that
but it was strange because the child did not cry when eugene died it was as if all their emotions were with mother gothel
