yup! im using SAI for the whole character then afterwards apply effects on CS4 xD

Oh, can I ask how do you paint and shade the character?
(I mean Panty from Panty & Stocking with Gaterbelt. Just a random thought.)

theres several way, but im using the coloring style "Triple shading". As what the name implies, your going to apply 3 tones of shadows on your flat color. Here's my order mostly :
Flat Color
> Light Shadow [ casting slight depths ]
>> Depth [ visible shadows that will show depthness of the object ]
>>> Casted Shadow[ hair shadows and dark spots ]
Your brush setting must be always set to 60~75% density to make a good effects. Im using my own original brushes so its quite hard to tell the settings /sweat
