Thanks! Dustin is pretty magical, all the characters in the story are wizards/witches/etc. so yeah his power is that he's kind of a "Dreamwalker" so I tried to design him with...this light, airy, almost ethereal quality to his hair...if that makes sense? haha I'm glad you find it unique, thanks a bunch!
