Venom vill eat joo bebehs!!!...seriously, this thing gives me nightmares. so I wanted to do a speed paint of him to take a short break from some comic work.

I'm kinda surprised you chose VENOM as your Marvel fan-art, considering how scary you think he is! I was expecting Iron Man, or Spider Man, or something!
What pictures did you use as reference? This design reminds me of the 90's cartoon version.

HAHA I KNOWWWW. The fact that he scares me SOO much is why I chose to draw him, he's probably my favorite just because I appreciate a character who can creep almost everyone out so much. 
I want to draw Iron Man eventually, and Wolverine...maybe I'll do a Wolverine vs Deadpool next. lol ^__^
well...first I just painted from memory. then I googled 'venom' and saw what images came up to make sure the basic design was right. I didn't even take a closer look at the thumbnails, so...he is my own version of Venom, I guess.

well...yes, it's from the spiderman comic book series in general by Marvel. not specifically spiderman 3, that movie bombed. though the scenes with venom in it were the only good things about that movie, really. venom is actually a parasite...in the comics, he's taken over others at times too, like wolverine. he's freaky no matter what though. lol XDD <3
