Description
When riding the Spirit Train underwater, you can't help but notice that there isn't really a bottom. Anything could be down there...This is for the #SpiritTracks-FC 's march contest~ There were a number of topics, and I picked the underwater one, even though I generally dislike water.
I hate bubbles now. 8C
There were going to be like, 100x the bubbles in this picture leading your eye down the picture, but I had to piece it together in Paint because the file was too big for Open Canvas.
...
I was kidding about hating bubbles. Mostly. xD
This was fun to work on, really. Even if it was a pain without Photoshop. |D;;;

It's nice to see you experimenting with environments! I especially love how you painted the murkiness down there.
Maybe you could add plateaus instead of having all of them pointed rocks to add to the variety in the background (unless the game's like that of course... didn't play it XD )
Otherwise, it's really good. (I love the bubbles too)

I wish I did that kind of stuff more... xD;; White backgrounds get boring afer awhile. xDD
That's a good idea... If I ever do something like this again or edit it, I think I'll do that~ 8D There weren't any in the game, but I figure I'm taking a couple liberties anyway, so why not. xD
Thank you so much~! ;w;
I always love your comments. :'D <33

I agree, white backgrounds do get boring easily. Unfortunately, i'm having so much trouble with backgrounds. Even simple cloudy skies XD
Not a problem
Keep it up n__n v

Ahahaha, yes.. or maybe i just haven't drawn backgrounds enough. I have yet to draw a 'serious' background/landscape. Maybe my next drawing.
You like cloudy skies? Oh cool! The ones with bright fluffy ones? Or the ones with stormy nimbus clouds and lightning dancing across the skies?

I'll do my best, and when i do, do give it a critique
And i'm looking forward to what backgrounds you'll be coming up with.
I agree with you. I love looking at clear skies, when walking and driving around. But i love it when I'm inside and the rain is pouring and lighting streaks across the skies (i once saw it really pretty in pink X3). When lighting is really close though, it gets really scary (but exhilarating at the same time). Mother Nature is beautiful and scary at the same time. Have you witnessed storms in the Philippines?

Once when I was really little, there was a monsoon when we were there. @A@;; I remember my mom left, and I was worried about her. And there were a couple others the last time I was there, but the monsoon's the only one I really remember. xD Michigan storms are pretty awesome, too. I hear that sometimes there are waterspouts on the lake. 8D

For real? I want to see those water sprouts *3*

My mom tells me stories about them, but it's nothing compared to actually being in one, even if you don't remember it well. xD;;;
I think so~ I'd like to see one too! If I don't get sucked up in it, that is. xD
