Description
When riding the Spirit Train underwater, you can't help but notice that there isn't really a bottom. Anything could be down there...This is for the #SpiritTracks-FC 's march contest~ There were a number of topics, and I picked the underwater one, even though I generally dislike water.
I hate bubbles now. 8C
There were going to be like, 100x the bubbles in this picture leading your eye down the picture, but I had to piece it together in Paint because the file was too big for Open Canvas.
...
I was kidding about hating bubbles. Mostly. xD
This was fun to work on, really. Even if it was a pain without Photoshop. |D;;;

That is probably the sweetest Spirit Tracks image I've ever seen

This is plausible... Β Ganon's tower is to the north of Hyrule Castle in WindWaker; and the ocean area of Spirit Tracks is at the south of the continent. Β It could be that WW/PH Link and co. were traveling in concentric circles to find a new land, and they just so happened to find a raised continent north of the Great Sea... Β After all; it's never really been revealed what's north of Death Mountain; in any Zelda game.
...Though, there IS the fact that we don't know where Holodrum and Labrynna are in relation to Hyrule. Β Regardless of the fact that ALttP has map details that imply the countries are to the east and west of Hyrule; it's never been stated for certain.
Also, still upset that Wind Waker HD didn't have any real talk of Skyloft in-game. Β You'd think that with sea level raised a few thousand feet, you'd be able to see floating islands in the sky, right?

I'm pretty sure New Hyrule isn't that close to Old Hyrule. Still interesting though.
Besides, if he was freed, he's no longer got the Triforce. And he's at the bottom of the ocean. Chances don't look to good.

LOL! I've thought about that before, too! Although, I was thinking more Phantom Hourglass than Spirit Tracks, but that's pretty much even better, because you actually go under the water!

Haha yeah, the underwater part really struck me~ The music was so coooool... and I loved the way everything just disappeared into this endless abyss... @A@

Hm, I wonder if pulling out the Master Sword would end up reviving Ganondorf, though...
But yeah, the underwater part in Spirit Tracks was really neat! I especially loved how when you leave the temple, you don't have to go all the way back through the sea tracks! It's fun the first time, but if you keep having to go back and forth between land and sea, then...

Well
having a sword through the noggin is usually a one-way ticket to death... But then again the guy managed to monologue on about the... the... wind... for a good minute after he got shish-kebab'd... so I wouldn't be surprised if he managed to pop up alive again XD
... Wouldn't the sword have lodged into his windpipe anyway? I mean that thing was in there pretty good...
ANYWAY Yeah I loved that part so much! The whole game was just reaaally artfully crafted ;u; <3 People are so down on the toon Zelda games, but I think they're definitely just as good as all the others <3

USUALLY...but this is Ganondorf we're talking about. Have you played Twilight Princess? If you have, you'll know what kinda stuff this guy can take.

Ooooow, at first glance I thought it was just the master sword in a pedestal, I didn't notice the WW hint there at first! Brilliantly done! Also the image itself looks amazing, love how Link looks.

Just... this, seriously. I LOVE IT when people connect games, and I think the Legend of Zelda series is one of the best in terms of delicious little hints connecting the games. <3

Ohmygoodness thank you so much ;u; <333
The idea's always been intriguing to me, too :"D And Zelda is totally perfect for doing that~ You can tell that some of them are connected, but it's not clear in what way, so as long as you have an imagination you can do whatever you want @u@ <3
