i barely remember this character, but pink seems really appropriate. especially for the playful mood she seems to be in. nice work!

Your english is perfect... although I may not be the best one to judge since my language isn't english either ^^
It is both pencils and digital (LOL). Let me explain it: I usually do the lineart AND shadings with graphite pencils and charcoal (a.k.a. I do the whole stuff with gray pencils); then I scan them and create "objects" or "layers" from selections of the drawing and change the hue to get the desired colors. Then I play with the contrasts, lights, blurs, etc. to get the right tones and smoothen the pencil traces. You can go to my scraps [link] to see the different phases of this one, wich was posted in Lineart, shaded and semi colored versions

I ussualy don't do this kinda of stuff. only my last draw published "the sex of the angels" I do the same thing.
Just a coicidence.

The colors work nicely together and while the palette might not be out of ordinary, it's well balanced. The skin seems to be a bit on the pale side, but I assume this is intentional. I'd probably have used a slightly different tone for the lips instead of candy pink. I'm not sure if the eyes have highlights, if they have they could be more noticeable. The sleeves don't stand out from the background that much, they could be some other color than plain white.
The shading is very subtle, but I think it fits with the picture. Good work with the metal parts (especially the neck thing), they look metallic. The only part of the picture I don't particularly like is the background. I'd prefer something more organic/realistic instead of those abstract circles. But I'm definitely not the one to give advice about backgrounds. I do like the way the backdrop only covers a part of the picture. You've done a great job with this.

First of all THANK YOU ^^
Ok, about the pic: She is Kala, from the TMNT show and I tried to preserve the original colors of the character (including the lips ); I'm not used to bright colors (as you can see in the rest of my gallery, where you can barely se colors at all) but I decided to try something new
I'll think about the eyes the next time, though, because they should have highlights indeed, and you are definitely right about the sleeves contrast with the background, but I'd rather change the background and keep the sleeves as I remember them from the show.
The skin was some matter with Protazerg, because I think she was more greenish, while he stands she had normal skin, so I kept it neutral...
The metal thing was hard, but fortunately I found great advice that helped a lot. Still have to practice, though, and the next time I'll try to do it fully digital.
Once again, very thankful about your critique, you are one in 10,000's (literally, lol)
