whep, this is probably one of the most time consuming Exchange I did till now xP I hope it was worth it

I really hope you like it - I wanted to put in some extra effort because your past exchanges I got were so awesome ><

1 - What parts of your prompt were written well and easy to understand? Was there anything the writer of the prompt could improve on or include next time they create a prompt?
Everything was pretty easy to understand - maybe a bit many influences ? but that probably was just me ^^
2 - Please explain how you interpreted the prompt to create your design. Which features did you use? Did you stick to the chosen palette or make changes to it? Does the design you created have any special abilities or quirks?
Well I went with a more autumn-ish twist to the halloween theme ( because without dark colors and it still being cute I somehow had a hard time making it still much halloween-y x.x I just pretty much interpret halloween with dark and scary stuff ) I did the requested Siamese cat - with a more reddish coat and gave her a dress ( I added the lacey in the shaded version - can´t draw lace if my life depended on it so I rummaged through some folders I have and used a texture )
I put the whole cat on a broom and hung a pumpkin lantern on there ( which also could be a nice bag to collect all that Halloween candy )
and last but not least I added a bit of a ghost theme to the tail tip - maybe the witch can also become a bit seethrough - or wispy ^^
