My first attempt at a reference sheet. Introducing the anotus, the third and final intelligent species in my setting after the humans and the dragonesses.

The anotus are an unlucky bunch. The only intelligent beings possessing a soul not directly created by the godesses, they are also unable to cast even the simplest spells. They live in tribes that form nests inside the colossal hollow trees where they spend their days hiding from predators like the dragonesses and the hollow spiders. The only reason they haven't been driven to extinction yet is their trade with humans. Indeed, the anotus are able to hunt and kill silver-tailed nagas very easily since they usually ignore them. They then trade the silver tail for various weapons like spears and crossbows, weapons that excel at keeping the curious and hungry dragonesses out of their nests.

As usual I'm trying to improve so any feedback is appreciated.
