I use custom airbrush (some comes with texture) mostly. However, I figure a semi-hard (ard 50-80% hardness), varying degree of opacity can still create the same result, albeit a much longer time.

Love the lighting on this one, especially in regard to the crystals. Cave paintings have to be hard to get right. At least I don't see a lot of ones that are well done.
